Blue Yonder Workforce is a new mobile service that is meant to be the same as Employee Self Service (ESS) Desktop.
It includes:
* Schedule
* Shift Offer
* Swap Shift
* Time Off
* Available Shifts
* My Availability
* Edited Punches
* Unpaired Punches
* Pay Summary
* Profile
Note: To use the app, you must have a Blue Yonder enterprise license.
Follow the steps below to fix the problem if the app gets stuck on the infinite loader screen:
1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. If your phone doesn't show all apps by default, click the "All" tab
4. Pick Using WFM
5. Tap Clear Data
6. Open the BY WFM app once more
